#18 - Concussion Care Resources for You and Your Family

With an injury as complex and misunderstood as concussions, you need to have concussion resources available that you trust. We’ve recently launched a “Learn” tab on BaselineTesting.com that I hope gives you the exact information you need on concussions. Let’s talk about some of the resources we have available there. Whether you’re suffering from a concussion or you just want to make sure you know what to do if you get one, the BaselineTesting.com Learn tab is a great resource.

Of course, you’ll want to start with Concussion Basics. We have an infographic there that I encourage you to share with anyone who doesn’t understand what a concussion is. It covers the most common concussion myths and the truths behind them. We also have the handy Concussion 101 Guide which is a brief overview of concussion as an injury and the top things you need to know.

If you’ve got Alexa in your home, you can enable the Concussion Care News Alexa Skill. You’ll hear me talking weekly about common concussion questions, stories, and research. It’s a great way to stay up to date.

Lastly, you’ll see a section to take your own baseline test. After education, baseline testing is a great way to make sure your brain is taken care of after a concussion. Head to the Learn tab at BaselineTesting.com to get your concussion resources and start learning.
